Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Period
We accept returns for faulty or defective items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at kiaora@arastationery.co.nz within this timeframe.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do NOT accept returns for change of mind.
Sale items cannot be returned.

Non-Eligible Returns

Items that are not in their original condition or are returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Items damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or abuse.

Refunds

Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method in NZD within 5 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card provider, as it may take time for the refund to post.
Contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged, and exchanges are subject to availability.

To request an exchange, email us at kiaora@arastationery.co.nz.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us.
We do NOT offer exchanges for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, we offer:

A replacement item (subject to availability).
A full refund, including original shipping costs.

Please note: This does NOT apply to seconds stock. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse are not considered faulty or damaged.

Sale Items

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
